A: You’ll find investment properties on this site discounted 20-50% because of our round-the-clock acquisitions team that get in touch with sellers across the United States on a regular basis. We evaluate dozens of properties every day and focus on the select few that provide the greatest opportunities for our investors.

Q: How are your properties different from ones I’d find on the MLS?

A: Most properties you’ll find on our site are ones that you’ll never find on the MLS. The MLS is the “Multiple Listing Service” which is where real estate agents list properties for sale. We work directly with the seller and sell these properties off-market via assignment of contract.

Q: Can I use bank financing to buy these properties?

A: Absolutely! We are open to an array of financing solutions including but not limited to cash, bank financing, and commercial lending.

Q: How do I make an offer on a property?

A: Head over to our Contact page and send us an email or give us a call. We take offers first come first serve, so we recommend giving us a call. Once you connect with us and you want to purchase the property, we’ll require an earnest deposit to secure your offer on that property. We’ll answer any of your questions so you feel 100% comfortable and confident in your decision.

Q: How often do you add new investment properties to the site and send them to your buyers list?
